To complete an MTPQ you will need to access the terminal record. From the MTIS homepage click on the "Ports and Terminals" button, then select the required terminal by clicking on the terminal. This will take you to the terminal record page:
You can then begin editing the MTPQ document by clicking on the Edit button in the MTPQ section as highlighted with the red box above. This will then take you in to the MTPQ document screen:
Work through each section and complete as many of the details as possible. When answering questions you may find some that are not applicable. In order to show the MTPQ document is 100% complete in MTIS, if you find a question is not applicable enter "Not Applicable" or N/A wherever possible. Questions that are left blank will indicate that the document is not completed and will be reflected in the percentage complete score.
There is no need to save your changes as they are automatically saved as you type. If you need to leave the document, log out of MTIS and complete it later, you can do this without having to save first. At this stage the document is unpublished and is not visible to anyone.
Once you are happy that the details are complete you can then publish the document. This makes the document available to MTIS members. Click on the "Publish" button in the blue bar at the top of the screen. The following window will then open:
You will then see a summary screen confirming each section that has been edited. When ready, click on the "Publish" button.
You will then see a final confirmation stating that the document has been published. Click on Close to return to the terminal profile page.
The published document is now available to members to view. If you wish to edit the document further, repeat the process as outlined above. Remember any changes you make are not visible until the document is re-published.
