TMSA documents completed by operators can either be made available to all members to view and they can also be restricted to a specified list of members who are given the relevant permissions to view a document.
However, if your member organisation is not already granted permission to view a document you can make a request to the document author to be granted access. To search for a particular organisation, click on the TMSA link from at the top of your SIRE homepage:
This will take you to your TMSA homepage:
At this page you can search using the criteria that determines if they have a published TMSA document. By choosing "Yes" or "No" will filter these results:
You can also search using the "In Distribution Policy" criteria. You can choose "Yes" to show all documents that are already available to you or "No" to filter on those you do not have access to, or "All" to show all documents regardless of their status:
By searching on "No" and clicking on the "Search" button, you can see the details of all organisations that have not provided access to their TMSA report:
If you wish to have access to a document that you do not currently have permission to view, click on the "View Organisation" button .
You can then request access to the the organisations documents by clicking on the "Request Document Access" button:
You can then add a message to your request if required and click on the "Submit Request" button:
Your request is then sent to the relevant organisation. Once this has been reviewed and a decision made you will then receive an automated email regarding their decision to confirm if your request is approved or rejected.
