This section is designed to provide information and details about the mooring system of the subject vessel. Multiple diagrams are included to help readers with the arrangement. These diagrams can only be viewed and edited using the desktop version of the OCIMF Particulars Editor.
The following guidance is provided to assist users with the applicable subchapter under Mooring:
- HVPQ 10.1 - The "View Mooring Diagram" menu at the top of this section serves as a general reference for the vessel's mooring arrangement. This is a non-editable area. Users are expected to refer to this general reference to assist in completing the information under "HVPQ 10.1.4 – Details of winches and brake testing, including rendering loads".
- HVPQ 10.1.3 - User should complete the diagram under HVPQ 10.2 "Edit Mooring Bollard and Bitts diagram".
- HVPQ 10.2 - Users can include all mooring equipment by using the widgets located in the top-left corner of the editor. Equipment can be added to the diagram using the drag-and-drop feature. To delete an item, right-click on the icon placed on the diagram and select "Remove this winch/windlass widget". If users wish to create a separation line to assist the reader, a line creation widget is available in the top-right corner of the editor.
- A separate diagram section is provided for the bow mooring arrangement diagram under HVPQ 10.7.
- A separate diagram section for manifold area is provided under HVPQ 10.8.
- HVPQ 10.7 - Users should complete the diagram with specific references to mooring bollards and bitts within the bow area.
- HVPQ 10.8 - Users should complete the diagram with specific references to mooring bollards and bitts within the manifold area. It is not necessary for users to provide details about the manifold arrangements.
