SIRE Operator - Token Expired Error Message When Creating a New Remote Inspection Questionnaire in SIRE

When using the SIRE online editor to create a new inspection questionnaire you may see a "Token Expired" error message when you click on the "New Inspection" button when entering your booking code, the error message would look something like this: 

If you see this error it usually means that the editor has not been logged out fully for some time. In order to clear the error click on "Dismiss" in the error message and then close booking code window. 

Next, go to your username that is located in the top right hand corner of the screen and click on it: 

You will then see a menu appear,  click on the "Sign Out" option: 

This should then log the editor out and close the expired login session that is causing the error message. Please then log back into the editor at https://editor.ocimf.org/sviq-editor8/ as normal with your SIRE account credentials. You should then be able to log back in to the editor and create a remote inspection questionnaire with no further error messages.
