When reporting an issue please do try to provide as much information as possible. If you can please provide any account numbers and usernames you are using at the time an issue occurs, please also if possible provide details of any error messages you see. If you can provide a screenshot that shows the issue you are experiencing that would also be very helpful. The more information that can be provided when an issue is reported can then help us to investigate and resolve your issue as soon as possible.
