To register for an OVID account you will need to complete an online registration form.
If you go to the following page: https://register.ocimf-ovid.org/, you will then see this page:
Scroll down and you will then see the following:
In order to minimise the risk of account duplication for your organisation, you will be asked to enter basic organisation details into the Participant Registration Wizard and carry out a search of our user database. If there are any results that are similar to the details you have entered, the results will be displayed once the "Search" button has been clicked.
If any results are shown you can review them and then verify if they are related to your organisation or not. Please follow any instructions on screen and then when ready, click on the "Register a new Organisation" button:
This will then take you to the "Participant Registration Wizard" screen:
This will then ask several questions about your organisation in order to guide you to the correct registration form and ensure that you register for the correct account type. Please work through the questions to be guided as appropriate based on your responses.
You can then complete the registration form and submit it to OCIMF. The form will then be reviewed, OCIMF may need to contact you for further information before approval is confirmed. Once this process has been completed successfully you will then receive account credentials to allow you access as required.
