OVID Payment on Account Department Level Control

Within OVID it is possible to override the organisational Payment On Account setting.

In the example screenshot below the option for Payment On Account is active at an organisation level:

On checking via Manage Departments a specific department can override this setting with the ‘Allow Payment On Account’ option.  In the example below this is set to ‘No’ removing the option to pay on account for users within this department:

An OVID organisation administrator has the ability to add a user to a department via the ‘User Departments’ tab within the users profile:
