This error on your OVID editor during report submission signifies that some of the vessel details for the inspection do not match the vessel details we have on our system.
To be able to identify the issue and rectify, you would need to provide OCIMF Support with some information.
Open the report and click on the "i" icon on the top of the menu as shown in the image below:
You should be presented with the below screen:
Take a screenshot of the screen and attach to your email to us.
We will then cross check the vessel details on our system and provide you with the correct information to insert.
Once you edit the information, click “Save Changes” and proceed as usual to submit the report, without attempting to sync the report.
You might not be able to sync the report as when the incorrect details were entered, a new report name might have been generated for the inspection preventing the synchronisation of the editor at this time. Once the report is submitted, the new report name will override the original one and no issues would occur.
