To Submit Inspection Feedback for the inspection, kindly follow the steps outlined:
- Click on Inspections -> Inspection Index
- Find the inspection
- Click on the blue arrow and you will be presented with the below screen
- Click on "Submit Inspection Feedback" and follow the steps if any are required
