Inspection Requests received from OVID operators can generate automated notification e-mails to designated account holders to make them aware of the request. You can enable or disable the notifications as required.
To do this login to OVID and click on the "Inspection Request" button at the top of the homepage, then click on either "Member Email Notifications" or "Operator Email Notifications" from the drop down menu (depending on the type of account you have):
This will then take you to the following screen:
To enable/disable the notifications click on the drop down box, select "Yes" or "No" and then click on the "Save Changes" button.
