You can create an OVMSA report for your organisation in OVID by clicking on the OVMSA link at the top of the page, followed by "OVMSA Home":
Here you will see any archived old reports and any currently published reports you may already have available. To begin creating a new document click on the "Create OVMSA V2 Document" button:
You will then be taken to this screen:
Here you are presented with the choice to make a clone of the most recent published report. This means that the new report you produce will be based on the previous OVMSA and will have the same information entered into each section. You can then update any sections as required, once completed you can then publish this amended version of the document without having to re-populate each field. To clone the document simply choose "Yes" then click on the "Create OVMSA Document" button.
If you wish to start with a totally new document, choose "No".
You will then be taken to a screen where you can begin to complete your new document:
Check and complete the document and close the report.
There is no need to save the document as all entries are saved automatically as you type.
You will then return to the main OVMSA screen. You will notice an additional "Publish Document" button has appeared:
To publish the report and make it available to members, click on the "Publish Document" button. Please note your report is not visible to members until the report is published.
