OVID Submitting Companies - Searching For An Operator

To search for operators and their associated vessels in OVID, log in to OVID and click on the "Operators" link in the menu bar at the top of the screen: 

You are then taken to the Operators Index screen: 

You can search for an operator by typing their name or partial name in the search box and clicking on the "Search Operators" button, or scroll through the list to locate the required operator. Once located, click on the blue arrow to the right of the operator name to access their details. 

At the next screen you can see the contact details and address for the selected operator. To view all vessels currently associated with them, click on the "View all Operator Vessels" button:

From here you will be able to see all listed vessels and open the vessel records to view the vessel history along with associated documentation.
