When creating a new or cloned TMSA report you may find that you are not able to publish it. If you already have your last report published and available to members you will need to archive it before you can publish a new report.
Once you have completed your new report your TMSA Homepage should look like this:
To archive your document please click on the “Archive Published TMSA Document”:
You are then prompted to confirm the you wish to archive the report, choose “Yes” from the drop down menu and click on the blue “Archive TMSA Document” button as shown:
You are then taken back to the TMSA homepage. You will see that there is no longer a current published document listed on the top left hand side of the screen and a “Publish TMSA Document” button will have appeared:
To publish your new document click on the Publish button:
Again, you are asked to confirm that you wish to publish by choosing "Yes" from a drop down menu and finally clicking on the “Publish TMSA Document” button at the bottom of the screen:
