OCIMF welcomes your feedback on SIRE. If you have an idea for a new feature, an improvement to an existing one, or any other suggestion, please submit it through the Suggestion for Improvement link in your SIRE account. Submitting it this way ensures your feedback is logged against your account and routed to the right team for follow up.

How to submit a Suggestion for Improvement

1. Log in to your SIRE account.
2. On the Home page, find the Quick Links panel on the lower right of the screen.
3. Click Suggestion for Improvement.
   
4. Complete the form with as much detail as you can, then submit it.

Tip: the more detail you provide (what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what would help), the easier it is for the team to assess your suggestion.

What happens next

Your suggestion is associated with your account so it can be tracked and followed up. You do not need to raise a separate support ticket for the same feedback.
