If a vessel inspection you have recently created needs to be cancelled, you can do so by following these steps:
First of all when you log in to SIRE, click on the "mySIRE" button at the top of the screen:
Then Select "Recent Bookings" from the menu:
In the recent bookings screen enter the vessel name/IMO number in the search box and click on the "Search" button:
Choose the required booking from the search result list by clicking on the blue button to the right of the booking details:
This then takes you in to the individual booking details:
Click on the "Cancel Booking" button located in the top right hand side of the screen:
Finally, you are taken to a confirmation page where you will need to enter a reason for the cancellation, the click on "Save":
Once you save the cancellation it is complete and is applied. Please be certain that you wish to complete the cancellation before you click on this button.
