SIRE Operator - Changing Vessel Variant details in the Particulars Editor

When updating the vessel particulars using the online and offline versions of the particulars editor, you may find it necessary to change the variant type for example from Oil to Chemical. You can amend these details without the need to re-start the entire particulars document again. 

To change the variant, open the particulars you wish to amend in the editor ready for you to start editing and making changes as required. On the top left hand side of the screen, you will see a "Details" button:

Click on this button to open the details. The following window will then appear:

At the "Vessel Variant" heading, click on and choose the required variant, then click on save. 

This will then make the required changes to the headings in the particulars document, which you can update as you wish. All other details should remain unaltered.
