If you are designated as a SIRE administrator for your organisation you can reset another users password if required. To do this login to SIRE and click on your username located in the top right hand corner of the screen:
Click on "Manage Users" as shown above and you are taken to your list of all user accounts you can administer. To open an account, click on the blue arrow to the far right of the account you wish to view:
To change the account password click on the padlock symbol located by the login/username:
At the next screen you can then enter the new password you wish to set and click on save:
