When uploading vessel photos, the following error message is sometimes encountered for particular images:
To resolve this, open each of the images that present this error on your desktop then follow the below steps:
- Use the Windows Snipping Tool (NOT any other tool) to screenshot the image
- Save the new screenshot from Windows Snipping Tool by right clicking the image and selecting "Save As"
- Upload the newly saved image again in the SIRE 2.0 vessel photographs section of the vessel on your account
To upload these images select the blue pen icon seen in the below screenshot:
Ensure you select the newly downloaded screenshot image when clicking "choose file" then enter the date the photo was taken. This will then allow you to select "Upload" bottom right.
