For a vessel to be eligible to raise a SIRE 2.0 Inspection request, it must meet the following criteria:
- Has a published HVPQ and PIQ document
- Has been assigned a SIRE 2.0 vessel photograph template.
- Have a vessel type of "Oil Tanker"
The vessel type and photo template can be assigned by first clicking the edit button highlighted below in yellow:
The following screen will allow you to change the vessel type to ‘Tanker’ if not already selected (highlighted in blue) which provides the option to select the appropriate Photo Template (highlighted in green).
The next requirement for a SIRE 2.0 Inspection is that a HVPQ is published and a PIQ has been created against your vessel. The PIQ can be edited via the vessel details screen and the button highlighted in red
If the PIQ option simply shows "view" then your account does not have the required permission to edit the PIQ. You or one of your administrators will need to add the role highlighted below to your account. Once the role has been assigned, please log out then back in for the changes to take affect.
