If you cannot see TMSA section on the top menu when you log in, and the navigation menu looks as below:
This means that you do not have the needed roles and permissions set on your account to be able to view/edit TMSA.
To rectify this, you can click on your account name in the top right corner of the screen and select your profile from the drop down menu.
On the next screen, please scroll down and you will see the Roles section:
To be able to view the TMSA – the “User can View TMSA” role should be ticked.
To be able to edit and manage TMSA – the “User can Manage TMSA” role should be ticked.
If you do not see this screen, this means you do not have the needed permissions to amend your own roles. Please contact the organisation administrator to amend these for you.
