SIRE Operator - Certificates - Status remains in Processing

If the File Process Status is not being updated correctly resulting in the uploading/spinning icon persisting even though the certificate has been uploaded, you can safely check if the certificates have been uploaded successfully by following the below steps:

• Download all certificates
• Cross check if the downloaded certificates match the newly uploaded certificates
• If the downloaded certificates match the ones you most recently uploaded, this means that the certificates will be present when signing the PIQ declaration for the inspection and the inspector will receive them with their CVIQ.

In addition, general guidance from the OCIMF Programmes Technical Team confirms any missing certificates in the inspection application should be confirmed during the inspection with the vessel operator and this will not result in an observation.
