As a SIRE inspector, if the need arises for a replacement ID card, you can do this by logging in to SIRE and making a request.
Once logged in, click on your username in the top right hand side of the screen and choose "Request New ID Card" from the menu:
At the Request ID Card screen, please check that your address details are correct:
If any changes are required, please go back to the menu and select "User Profile" to review your address details and make any changes.
Otherwise if all your details are shown correctly, Click on the "Reason for new ID Card" drop down and select either "My current card has been misplaced" or "My current card has been damaged" (whichever is applicable).
You can add any additional comments in the box directly below. Finally, click on the "I confirm the above details are correct" checkbox and click on the "Submit" button to send the request to OCIMF.
