SIRE Operator - How to Import/Export Files from the OCIMF Particulars Editor

To use the OCIMF Particulars Editor Software, you will need to be able to import and export files. 

IMPORTING .OCIMF FILES

To import a file for editing, open the editor software and click on the "Import Document" button in the menu bar at the top of the screen: 

At the window that appears, browse for the .ocimf file you wish to edit, select it and click on the "Open" button: 

The file will then be listed in the documents list. To open the file for editing, double click on it, the file is highlighted and then opens ready for editing: 

EXPORTING .OCIMF FILES

To export a file, open the editor and open the particulars document you wish to export from the homepage. Once open you will be in the main editing screen: 

Click on the "Export" button in the menu bar at the top of the screen. You can then browse to the location where you need to save the file, then click on the "Save" button:

The file is then saved in .ocimf format and is ready to be either attached to an e-mail for forwarding or can be uploaded to SIRE for publishing.
