SIRE Submitting Companies - Vessel Watch Facility

SIRE Submitting Companies have a vessel watch facility that can be used to be notified of any significant changes to the details of a vessel. 

In order to watch a vessel you will need to add it to your "Watch List". To do this go to "Vessels" in the menu bar and then search for the required vessel, then open its record. 

On the main vessel details page you will see an "Add to Watch" button located in the top right hand side of the screen, click on this to add it to your watch list:

Once added you should then see the number of vessels change on the "Watch List " button in the menu bar at the top of the page. Notifications here will advise when inspection bookings are made, when particulars/crew matrix documents are updated and when new inspections are published.

Any significant updates to the vessel are documented in the "Changes to Watched Vessels" area which is visible when you login to SIRE on your homepage: 

If you wish to remove a vessel from the watch list and stop receiving the notifications you can do so by clicking on the "Watch List". This then takes you to the "Vessel Watch Index" page. 

To remove the vessel from the list click the blue arrow to the far right of its listing this will take you to the vessel listing:

Once in the main vessel listing, you will see a "Remove from Watch" button on screen. This will remove the vessel and notifications should then cease:
