Overview
If you want access for Q88 to submit officer matrix data, your OCIMF account needs to be enabled for that permission to function. This article explains what information you need to send to OCIMF Support so the request can be actioned.
Following the steps below first time round avoids back-and-forth and means your request can be validated and enabled in a single pass.
What you need to provide
To raise the request you will need:
- A screenshot of your Q88 login page showing your OCIMF Account Number and Username
- Access to the email address that is linked to that username (the request must be sent from this address)
Why we need this information
The screenshot lets us match your request to the correct OCIMF account. Requiring the request to come from the email address linked to that username is a validation step, it confirms the request is being made by the account holder and protects the account from un-authorised changes.
Step 1 - Open the Q88 login page
Go to the Q88 login page in your browser. Attempt to log in with your OCIMF account to get the red error to show, the information we need is visible on the login screen itself.
Step 2 - Capture a screenshot
Take a screenshot of the login page above that clearly shows:
- Your OCIMF Account Number
- Your Username
- The error stating:
"Your OCIMF account is NOT setup to submit Officer Matrix data. Please contact OCIMF."
Please note: make sure all values are fully visible and legible in the image. Cropped or partial screenshots will delay validation.
Step 3 - Send the OCIMF Support request from the linked email address
Raise a support request to OCIMF by emailing (support@ocimf.org) and attach the screenshot showing the error.
The request must be sent from the email address that is linked to the username shown in the screenshot. If it is sent from any other address, we cannot validate the request and will have to come back to you for confirmation.
What happens after you raise the request
Once we receive your request we will:
- Validate the Account Number and Username against your OCIMF account
- Confirm the request was sent from the email address linked to that username
- Enable the integration so Q88 can submit officer matrix data
You will receive an email confirmation once the integration has been enabled on your account in which you can confirm access in a reply.
Still need help?
If you are not sure which email address is linked to your Q88 username, or you cannot remember your OCIMF login details, please contact OCIMF Support and include your company name and any relevant account information so we can locate the account.
