TMSA contains some analytic data for documents contained within TMSA. To view analytics for any current or archived document, you can click on the "View Analytics" button next to the report you require. This can be found in the homepage as highlighted below:
This will then take you to the analytics screen. Where you can view three different measures "Completion", "Cumulative Performance" and "Raw Performance". Click on the required measure to see the analytics view. We'll take a look at each one of these views in turn:
The completion indicator shows the percentage of each stage that have been completed and does not take into account how each question was answered. When a stage is 100% complete this is indicated in green, partially completed stages are displayed in orange.
The cumulative performance screen measures which stages for an element have been answered "Yes". In order to include the results of a stage all preceding stages in an element must also be answered "Yes"
Finally, the Raw Performance view shows which stages for each element has been answered "Yes". This includes any "Yes" answer from each stage, irrespective of any other stage in the same element.
The views give a clear indication of the stages that are complete and which stages require additional information.
Please note that OCIMF does not carry out any bench marking or performance scoring. Any assessments based on data within TMSA documents are not carried out by OCIMF and any issues/questions on scoring or results of these assessments should be directed to the assessors directly.
