Terminal Operator - MTPQ Percentage not updating

In some instances you would update and publish the MTPQ for a Terminal, however the percentage completed on the Overview page would show less than 100%:

As seen above, the MTPQ shows as less than 21%. 
Once you go into the terminal and select the Berth, however, you see 100% completion:

This mismatch is often caused by the Terminal Details not being completed fully.

To do this, please select “Edit Terminal” on the Terminal Details Page:

On the next page, please fill all empty fields for the Terminal that you can:

Once you click “Update” and return to the Overview page on for all terminals, you should see the MTPQ being 100% Complete.
