As an MTIS member, you have the ability to create any Terminals using the Structure Builder to add a Terminal Operator. Once created you can also create users to access the terminal details and populate it with the required data.
First of all to create the terminal, open the structure builder by clicking on your username in the top right hand corner of the screen and then click on "Manage Structure" from the menu:
This will take you to the main structure builder screen. Click on the relevant area of the diagram that shows the organisation area where you wish to add the Terminal Operator and click on the "Add Operator" option:
This will then open up a window to allow you to enter the main details of the terminal as well as a primary user/contact. Once completed, click on the "Create Organisation" button:
Next you can create a user account for an individual user to access be provided access to the Terminal Operator Account, click on the "Add User" button:
Complete the main contact details for the user and choose which permissions they will have be selecting the appropriate checkbox. The permissions are as follows:
Organisation Supervisor - This allows the user to edit the main organisation details as well as add and remove other user accounts as required.
Terminal Administrator - Allows the user to create and delete terminals within MTIS.
You can repeat this process to create as many terminals and users as required. Once complete the new users will be able to login to MTIS and populate the terminals as required and ensure all related documents (MTPQ, MTMSA etc and terminal berths) are added and updated.
