Before the option to request a SIRE 2.0 inspection becomes available, your vessel must meet the following criteria:
- Your vessel must have a published HVPQ and PIQ document;
- Your vessel must have been assigned a SIRE 2.0 vessel photograph template.
These criteria items are flagged to you via the below banner at the top of your ‘Vessel Index’ screen:
The vessel ‘HVPQ’ and ‘PIQ’ document sections are in the ‘Vessel Details’ section. A document must be published in both these sections
To assign a vessel a ‘Photograph Template’ you will be required to go in to the ‘Vessel Details’ and select ‘Edit’ in the top right corner as highlighted below:

Within the ‘Edit Vessel’ screen, you will have the option to select a ‘Photo Template’ via a dropdown menu. Once you have selected the correct template from the dropdown menu, you will need to select ‘Next’ at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

‘SIRE 2.0 Vessel Photographs’ can then be added to the vessel via the below section:
