To add details to a berth, open the main terminal details page and click on the required berth from the list on the Terminal Details page:
At the berth details page there are several sections that can be completed/updated.
First of all, if needed you can update the product types that are handled by the berth. These are usually set when the berth record is created. However, if required you can also change the products by selecting the checkbox for the appropriate product types and the click on the "Update Products" button:
Please note that this then determines the questions that need to be completed in the berth MTPQ document.
To edit and complete the main MTPQ questionnaire, click on the "Edit" button:
This will then take you into the main questionnaire. Please ensure a response is added to each question:
Each section of questions can be expanded by clicking on the heading in the column on the left hand side. Responses are automatically saved as you type. Please note that the document is not published until you go back to the Terminal Details screen and click on the "Publish Button" once all berth documents have been completed.
You can also show the Berth location on a map that is displayed in the berth record. To do this click on the "Edit" button:
There are two methods to add your terminal, you can either drag a pin to the appropriate place on the map:
Or if you click on the settings button in the lower left corner, you can enter the latitude and longitude coordinates which will then place a pin/marker on the map based on your entries:
Finally you can also add an image of the berth. To do this click on the "Edit Image" button:
You can then browse for the image, and upload it. Once uploaded click on the "Save Image" button to make it available in the berth record:
Repeat the process outlined above to all berths have been added. Once all data has been entered and questionnaires completed for each berth you can then look to publish the MTPQ. Once final required step is to upload a TIB document. Until this step is completed you will not be able to publish the MTPQ.
The Publish button remains greyed out until all mandatory questions in each berth questionnaire is answered and your TIB document is uploaded.
To upload your TIB, go to the Terminal Attachments area and click on the "Upload" Button:
You should then see this screen:
Click on the attachment type and select the TIB File type and then browse for and select the appropriate file and click on "Upload":
Once this has been competed the Publish button will be available and you can then upload publish your MTPQ.
